PURPOSE: A management system of an infrastructure in a traditional market and an operating method thereof are provided to record images which monitor security and fire prevention facilities, thereby accurately grasping a cause of an accident. CONSTITUTION: A terminal unit(200) visually displays product information. The terminal unit transmits and receives management data. A control server(300) analyzes a collection signal and information data of the terminal unit. The control server notifies an appointed opponent of a corresponding warning signal due to the error. The control server inputs on/off control information, a PTZ(Pan/Tilt/Zoom) control signal, and management data for the terminal unit. The control server monitors the result.
