摘要 PURPOSE: A mold device for forming pressure protrusions on a spherical surface is provided to easily discharge a molded product with a plurality of protrusions on its spherical surface by separating split cores from the product in the direction perpendicular to the spherical surface. CONSTITUTION: A mold device for forming pressure protrusions on a spherical surface comprises a fixed core unit(10), a moving core unit(30), and a transfer element(50). The moving core unit is located correspondingly to the fixed core unit and vertically reciprocates. The moving core unit comprises a plurality of split cores(33) which form an outer spherical surface of a molded product. Each split core has a guide groove(35) which is obliquely punched from top to bottom. The transfer element vertically reciprocates with respect to the transfer core unit, and is inserted to or separated from the guide groove in order to transfer the split cores from side to side.
