PURPOSE: An ink-refill device for a cartridge is provided so that a second needle is installed on a pump, the pump combining unit of a container is formed from an elastomeric material and thus a hole is closed if combining and then separating the second needle of the pump. CONSTITUTION: An ink-refill device for a cartridge comprises a container(10) and a pump(20). The container comprises a needle(11) for inserting a cartridge, and a pump combining unit(12). The container stores the ink. The pump is combined with the pump combining unit of the container. The second needle(21) is installed on the pump. The pump combining unit is formed from an elastomeric material.
