PURPOSE: A system and a method of managing an activity schedule using traffic information are provided to use real time traffic information to establish an action plan, thereby effectively establishing the action plan. CONSTITUTION: An action plan management service server(130) collects real time traffic information from a traffic information center(140). The server receives schedule data of a person or a group through terminals(110,120). If monitoring a personal schedule or a group schedule with error during a schedule is predicted, the server notifies a person and a group member of a corresponding schedule of the error. The server automatically changes the schedule. The terminal receives a schedule plan from the action plan management service server.
