ACTIVE SKIN FOR CONFORMABLE TACTILE INTERACE

PURPOSE: An active skin for a flexible tactile interface is provided to integrate a tactile sensor with a tactile driver, thereby realizing an input/output interface by only a reaction due to a tactile sensation. CONSTITUTION: A tactile sensor substrate(100) includes the first film(110) and a pair of the first electrodes(120). A plurality of sensing points(110') is formed on the first film. A pair of first electrodes are formed in upper/lower surfaces of the sensing point respectively. A tactile driver substrate(200) includes the second film(210) and a pair of second electrodes(220). A plurality of driving points(210') is formed on the second film. A pair of the second electrodes are on upper/lower surfaces of the driving point respectively. An insulating layer(300) couples the tactile sensor substrate with the tactile driver substrate.
