PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a separator covered electrode wherein yield of a product is improved by eliminating possibility that the position of a fold is shifted when a separator is folded in two. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device for the separator covered electrode is provided with: a separator feeding device 1 obtaining a unit separator 5 wherein the fold is formed in an intermediate part by passing the long separator 4 between a cutter roll 102 having a cutting edge 105 and a cutting part 106 for forming fold and a supporting roll 104; a separator folding device 2 obtaining a separator polar plate assembly 9 with a structure wherein the polar plate is inserted between the unit separators folded in two by feeding the unit separator 5 between folding rolls 203, 204 with a polar plate 6; and a separator jointing device 3 forming the unit separator in a bag by joining both ends in a width direction of the folded unit separator.
