PURPOSE: A method for forming a light scattering layer and a light emitting diode element including the light scattering layer are provided to improve light emitting efficiency through the diffused reflection of light. CONSTITUTION: A high-refractive nano-particle solution is spin-coated on a stamp(S210). A light scattering layer is formed on a transparent substrate using the stamp through a reversed imprint lithography method(S220). In the reversed imprint lithography, the stamp and the transparent substrate are aligned. The solution on the stamp is transferred to the transparent substrate through heating and pressing processes. A solution contained in the solution is eliminated. The light scattering layer is sintered(S230).
