A knotter arrangement (10) has several knotter assemblies (14) with a knotter frame (24). In each knotter frame (24) multiple lubrication points are provided for moveable knotter parts like an assembly of a hub (18) and sleeve (26) of the knotter frame (24), a knife arm shaft (44), a spindle (62) of a worm gear (66), a spindle (54) of a twine disk (52) or a billhook spindle (74). A lubrication system (80) with a least one fluid line (88a - 88f) supplies lubricant to each knotter assembly (14) for delivery to the lubrication points via a lubricant distribution valve (94) connected to the knotter frame (24).
