PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device using a single particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use a single particle to prevent agglomeration phenomenon between particles by collision between particles of each different charge characteristic and static attraction, thereby increasing the durability of a device due to it. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall forms a cell between an upper substrate(20) and a lower substrate arranged in opposite side having predetermined interval. A charged particle is charged inside a cell in an electronic paper display device. An electrode(21a,21b) is formed on one at least one between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A second partition(24) divides pixel between the upper substrate and the lower substrate.
