PURPOSE: An electronic paper display apparatus by using a single particle is provided to increase the durability thereof by preventing the conglomeration of particles resulting from static electricity. CONSTITUTION: A cell is formed between an upper substrate(20) and a lower substrate(26) which face each other at a certain interval. Electrodes(21a,21b) contact the upper and/or lower substrate, and a first barrier(22) splits a pixel between the upper and lower substrates. The first barrier connects the upper substrate to the lower substrate.
