PURPOSE: An insert molding device for a surface material is provided to prevent a surface layer of synthetic resin from being wrinkled or embossed and to uniformly maintain the thickness of a resin layer. CONSTITUTION: An insert molding device for a surface material comprises upper and lower molds(1,2). The upper mold is formed by assembling four components and is composed of a center part(1-1), a surface material fixing pin(17), a front left part(1-2), a front right part(1-3), and a rear part(1-4). The surface material fixing pin is installed in the bottom of the center part of the upper mold. The front left part is horizontally moved in the front left of the center part. The front right part is horizontally moved in the front right of the center part. The rear part is installed on the rear of the center part.
