PURPOSE: A steel composite bridge and a hybrid tower for constructing the same are provided to reduce material costs by reinforcing a steel main tower using a composite member with a closed cross section. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid tower(100) for constructing a steel composite bridge comprises a steel support and a composite member with a closed cross section. A space is formed inside the steel support. The composite member is installed inside the steel support in a longitudinal direction and is connected to a slab(11) of a pier(12) using cables(13). The composite member comprises a hollow rib and a stiffener. The hollow rib is filled with the stiffener.
