SHEAR REINFORCEMENT COMPONENT FOR A SLAB-COLUMN CONNECTION AND SHEAR REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A shear reinforcement component for a slab-column joint and a shear reinforcement structure using the same are provided to improve resistance to punching shear failure occurred by repetitive external force. CONSTITUTION: A shear reinforcement component(1) for a slab-column joint comprises an upper fixed part(10), a lower fixed part(20), and a middle shear part(30). The upper fixed part comprises a first arc part(11). The first arc part forms a channel(11a) for an upper reinforcing bar of a slab. The lower fixed part comprises a second arc part(21) and a third arc part(22). The middle shear part connects the first, second, and third arc parts.
