PURPOSE: A fluorescence sensor containing fluorescein derivative having cyanide ion selectivity and a method for detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa are provided to detect cyanide ion in vivo without dissection. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence sensor for detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa contains a compound of chemical formula 1. Pseudomonas aeruginosa detected by reacting the compound of chemical formula 1 and cyanide ion. The reaction is performed with saliva, sweat, blood, secreted liquid or tissue. |
