PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a products which is associated with the area of chemical goods production, especially cosmetics, and has good pigment moistening and spreading characteristics. SOLUTION: A fatty alkoxylated ester is provided, which is characterized by having a skin spread factor lower than about 8 and a viscosity lower than 19,000 cps, consists of a diester of an aliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and is formed by reacting the acid with a stoichiometric excess of one or more polyalkoxylated fatty alcohols. A nonaqueous composition for topical application is also provided, which includes one or more active ingredients and an emollient agent of the fatty alkoxylated ester. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
