PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate, with a luminaire, an area through which a seat belt is passed in fixing a child seat on a seat using the seat belt. SOLUTION: When the child seat 1 is placed on a seat and a start switch 44 is pressed, a luminaire turns on to illuminate a space between the child seat body 10 and a back portion 22. Thus, the work of pulling around a shoulder belt 51 into the space can be performed easily.
