<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking a deep-fried food without using a fryer or microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cooking a pre-fried raw material which is a frozen incompletely heated fried food, by using a steam oven to thaw and heat the includes a pre-frying step of frying the raw material so as to keep its central part as an incompletely heated state, a freezing step of freezing the raw material after the pre-frying step, a drying step of heating and drying the raw material in a steam oven after the freezing step by making the steam as zero or a sufficiently small amount, and a major heating step of heating after finishing the drying step by successively utilizing the steam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
