PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a calibration operation in parallel with conversion processing in an analog/digital converter. SOLUTION: The analog/digital converter includes: a conversion circuit 10 provided with a comparator for receiving an input signal AIN having an analog value with one input terminal and receiving comparison voltage to the input signal AIN with the other input terminal to output a digital value corresponding to the input signal AIN; and a calibration circuit 20 for generating an expected value of an output signal of the comparator on the basis of the input signal, and generating an offset control signal OS on the basis of the output signal and the expected value output by the comparator, wherein the conversion circuit 10 sets a positive or negative offset amount in an output inverted threshold level of the comparator on the basis of the offset control signal OS.
