PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately remove various kinds of noise generated in a vehicle from the reception signal of a signal wave. SOLUTION: The signal wave and the noise (in-vehicle noise) are received by an antenna 11, and tuner signal processing and FFT are performed in the reception signal of the antenna 11, so as to obtain an object signal on a frequency axis. Only the noise is received by an antenna 21, and the tuner signal processing and FFT are performed in the reception signal of the antenna 21, so as to obtain a reference signal on the frequency axis. The phase and amplitude of the reference signal is adjusted by each frequency component, and the adjusted reference signal is added to the object signal by each frequency component, so that the noise components in the object signal are removed.
