<p>A swimming aid device (10) comprising a flexible wall member (16) securable to an arm or leg of a swimmer. The flexible wall member (16) is located above a base portion (14) to define a cavity (18). An opening (22) is provided into the cavity (18) on a first side. Movement of the swimming aid device (10) through the water in a first direction causes water to flow into the opening (22), moving the flexible wall member (16) such that the cavity (18) is expanded. Movement of the swimming aid device (10) through the water in a second opposite direction causes water to flow out of the opening (22), moving the flexible wall member (16) such that the cavity (18) is collapsed.</p> |
