<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage for a radial needle bearing capable of improving lubricating performance in an end surface of the cage and reducing wear by reducing the weight of the cage, and capable of restricting occurrence of crease in a rim inner diameter part in machining, and to provide the radial needle bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The cage 20 and 20A for a radial needle bearing include: a pair of annular rim parts 11 and 11 provided in parallel with each other in both ends in the axial direction; and a plurality of supports 12 and 12 provided with a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction in the state of stretching between both the rim parts 11 and 11. A part surrounded in four sides thereof by the supports 12 and 12 and both rim parts 11 and 11 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction is formed as pockets 13 and 13 for rotatably holding needles 16 and 16. A thinned part 15 is provided in the rim inner diameter parts of both the rim parts 11 and 11 in non-contact part with the needle tip parts 16a and 16a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
