<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honing device which highly accurately work two holes formed coaxially to have the same diameter through a chamber in the small number of working steps. <P>SOLUTION: The honing device 1 hones an injector nozzle 100 having a first guide hole 102 and a second guide hole 104 of the same diameter provided coaxially through a fuel reservoir 103. The honing device includes a grindstone 4 for polishing the first and second guide holes and a holding tube 2 and an actuator 3 which reciprocate the grindstone 4 in the axial direction of the first and second guide holes. When the grindstone 4 is most moved to a first position nearest to the first guide hole, one end protrudes from an outer end of the first guide hole and the other end is located in the second guide hole. When the grindstone 4 is most moved to a second position nearest to the second guide hole 104 side, the one end is located in the first guide hole and the other end protrudes from an outer end of the second guide hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
