PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference with an adjacent channel, and to reduce generation of access conflict. SOLUTION: The communication equipment performs communication by switching a first communication period for performing access conflict control and a second communication period for performing non-access conflict control. Here, a state of the access conflict in the first communication period is determined, and a frequency band of the first communication period or the second communication period is changed according to determination.
