PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten resin supply device including a shut-off valve neither exposed to a high temperature by a heating cylinder nor influenced by an operation failure or the like due to molten resin leaking out of the tip of a nozzle. SOLUTION: The shut-off valve 6 is disposed at the nozzle 5 mounted to the tip of the heating cylinder 3 of the molten resin supply device 1. A valve driving cylinder 7 of the shut-off valve 6 is located in a position thermally separated from the heating cylinder 3, and connected to the shut-off valve 6 through a sliding type transmission mechanism. Only when injecting resin, the heating cylinder 3 moves into an advance position 3A from a retreat position 3B to approach the valve driving cylinder 7 side, and the shut-off valve 6 is switched into an open state from a closed state by the valve driving cylinder 7.
