<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neuranagenesis guide tube excelling in pressure resistance, shape recovery performance, kink resistance, film peeling resistance, external tissue penetration preventiveness and leak resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The neuranagenesis guide tube is obtained by coating the outer surface of a tubular body formed by braiding a plurality of extra-fine fibers comprising a biodegradable polymer, with collagen, and filling the inside of the tubular body further with collagen. The klirrfactor (pressure resistance) of the tube when compressed by applying a load of 100 N/m in the diametrical direction of the tube from the side face is 15% or less, and a recovery factor (shape recovery performance) out of 50% of distortion when left standing still for 10 minutes after removing the load immediately after the tube is compressed until the klirrfactor reaches 50% is 60% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
