<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal that allows an operation on a touch screen for image information displayed even when a cellphone is closed, and that prevents unintended user operations on the touch screen. <P>SOLUTION: When a certain image is displayed on the touch screen, a main control unit 20 determines a display mode based on the image information, refers to a stored table, calls the pattern of operating buttons corresponding to the display mode, and displays three operating buttons for "initial display" on the touch screen. If there are four or more operating buttons, other operating buttons are displayed by scrolling. If a cellphone receives a call, a touch screen control unit locks any touch operation and enables only scrolling. If a user performs scrolling in the direction of the arrow displayed, the scroll operation is detected and the whole of the touch screen is unlocked to enable touch operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
