The parker (1) has a main bracket (2) extending in an adjusting direction (12), where ends (3) of the bracket are fastened at an underground (4) or at bottom rails. A wheel mount (6) is laterally attached to the bracket. The mount has a retaining bracket (7) running between the ends of the bracket. The retaining bracket extends diagonally and downwardly running to recesses (8) that form the mount together with an outer retaining bracket section (9) running between the recesses. The main bracket is tilted in a resting direction to limit a free space of an adjusted bicycle to the main bracket.
