PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a SAW chirp filter with a prolonged delay time by a multi-strip coupler. SOLUTION: There is disclosed an OFDM system constituted of a SAW chirp Z converter wherein an electric circuit generating a chirp signal is connected before and after the SAW chirp filter with a down chirp characteristic, and the system consists of the SAW chirp filter using a LiNbO<SB>3</SB>substrate of the prolonged delay time.
