<p>The wrench has a head portion defined with a receiving hole. A receiving chamber is arranged in the receiving hole and a gap (24) is defined in a periphery edge of the head portion. A toothed pawl is placed in the receiving chamber. The toothed pawl is received in the receiving chamber of the head portion and provided with a set of teeth for meshing with the teeth of a C-shaped ratchet (20). One end of the toothed pawl is extended outward to form stopping pieces that are shaped corresponding to an outer periphery of the ratchet.</p>
