<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for electronization of a spot welding point, capable of eliminating labor and time, reading false recognition and false inputs of numerical values when recording coordinates of a point position described in the design drawing of a component into a storage means. <P>SOLUTION: A component image is displayed to a display device at S4 and two different reference points of the component image displayed are designated by a mouse at S8 and S12. Real two-dimensional coordinate values of the respective reference points in the component image designated by the mouse at S16 and S18 are input with a keyboard. A point on the component image is designated by the mouse at S20. At S22, the real two-dimensional coordinate values of the point designated by the mouse are operated by a CPU on the basis of the designated two reference points and real coordinate values of the reference points input with the keyboard.
