<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photometric device for which a photometric accuracy is ensured, and to provide an imaging apparatus on which the photometric device is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: A photometric device has a photometric sensor 106, a re-image-formation optical system 105, and an optical system control device 111. The photometric sensor 106 captures an image by a lens system 51 to output an imaging signal. The re-image-formation optical system 105 different from the lens system 51 is arranged in an optical path between the lens system 51 and the photometric sensor 106. The optical system control device 111 controls an image formation state of an image for the photometric sensor 106.
