PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a model for analyzing a tire having a three-dimensional tread wall. SOLUTION: The method of creating a tire model includes: extracting cap tread two-dimensional shape including the planar shape of the groove (Step S11); creating a two-dimensional model of the cap tread by dividing the two-dimensional shape into a finite number of elements formed of a plurality of nodes (Step S13); developing the created two-dimensional model in the thickness direction of the cap tread to create a three-dimensional model of the cap tread using the finite number of elements formed of the plurality of nodes (Step S14); and moving a predetermined node included in a groove model formed on the basis of the planar shape of the groove held by the cap tread, in the direction crossing the surface of the groove wall (Step S15).
