PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method capable of varying an operational current by interlocking the power of an input signal and an output signal to make low noise compatible with low power consumption.

SOLUTION: An emitter-follower circuit is added to an output end of a frequency divider 17a for local signal generation. Adjusting a current flowing the emitter-follower circuit adjusts amount of currents flowing mixers 13i and 13q. Although a larger amount of the current of the local signal flowing the mixer is expected to provide an effective noise suppression, the amount of the current of the emitter-follower circuit is interlocked with the gain of variable amplifiers 15i, 15q.
