摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens of high shape accuracy by uniforming the contraction rate of a molded product when resin filled in a space formed by molding clamping is contracted. SOLUTION: Emboss-like surfaces 105a, 105b are provided at the periphery of an optical lens surface, and surface roughness is made coarser than optical effective ranges 104a, 104b to generate resistance force against the force of resin being pulled to the gate 113 side. Contraction of resin within the optical effective range surfaces 104a, 104b can thereby be uniformed to obtain excellent lens surface shape accuracy. Further, the emboss-like surfaces 105a, 105b are larger in contact areas between resin and the die than the optical effective ranges 104a, 104b, and cooling and solidification progress early. The optical effective ranges 104a, 104b are thereby separated from influence from other parts, and contraction of resin is uniformed to obtain excellent lens surface shape accuracy.
