PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure flatness of an attraction face of magnetic packing, to prevent foaming and leakage of a heat insulating material, and to suppress heat transfer between the inside and outside of the storage. SOLUTION: This partitioning frame has a frame body 50 having a gate-shaped cross-section and made of a synthetic resin, and closed at its rear opening by an internal plate 41. A mounting section 55 is set at a central section in the width direction of a front section 51 of the frame body 50, and attracting sections 56 of magnetic packing 18 is set at its both sides, and magnetic thin plates 60 are placed on surfaces of the attracting sections 56. An external plate 45 has the gate-shaped cross-section formed by bending a side plate 47 backward from both side edges of a front plate 46, dead-ended insertion grooves 59 are formed at both side edge sections of the mounting section 55 in a state of projecting to a back side, and the external plate 45 is mounted by inserting both side plates 47 into the corresponding insertion grooves 59 and bringing the front plate 46 into closely contact with the surface of the mounting section 55. A heater 62 is disposed on a back face of the mounting section 55 along the longitudinal direction of the frame body 50, and the heat insulating material 64 is foamed and charged in the frame body 50.
