<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless resource assignment method and a base station device which reduce the probability that wireless resources are assigned to a resource block group (RBG) which has low receiving channel quality (CQI), and prevent decrease of throughput. <P>SOLUTION: A scheduler 3 in the base station device 10 assigns wireless resources to downlink RBGs, based on CQI information of CQI excellent M pieces of high rank RBGs, which is reported from a mobile terminal 20 to the base station device 10 at a specified period, and on the CQI average value of all RBGs. The scheduler 3 stores CQI information of the M pieces of high rank RBGs, which is reported from the mobile terminal 20 at the specified period, until at least the next period. Then, the scheduler 3 assigns wireless resources to the M pieces of high rank RBGs which are notified of CQI at the current period with high priority, and also assigns the wireless resources to RBGs other than the high rank M RBGs, based on CQI information that is reported at the previous period and is stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
