PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a seal portion sliding with rotation of a control knob and to prevent penetration of water into the inside of a case wall from the outside through a gap between the control knob and a hole of a transparent cover (case wall). SOLUTION: The control knob 22 of a rotary type is composed of a knob shaft 23 which pierces the hole 19 of the transparent cover 18 and a knob cap 24 one end 24a of which being closed is fixed to the projection end of the knob shaft 23 and the other end 24b being opened is extended toward the vicinity of the outer surface 18a of the transparent cover 18. A knob holder 50 having a cylindrical shaft part 31 which has an insertion hole 32 through which the knob shaft 23 is inserted, and of which the base 33 is fixed in a liquid-tight manner to the peripheral edge of the hole of the transparent cover and the tip is inserted into the knob cap 24, is fitted in the hole 19 of the transparent cover 18. An annular deflecting projection 38 is provided on a portion of the outer circumference of the cylindrical shaft part of the knob holder which is inserted in the knob cap in a state of non-contact with the knob cap.
