PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying device with a temperature regulating function capable of solving a problem in a conventional temperature regulating device that a dehumidifying degree is insufficient as a humidity of a discharged temperature-regulated gas is not regulated, so that the temperature-regulated and sufficiently-dehumidified gas can be discharged. SOLUTION: This dehumidifying device includes a heating circuit side with a heater 14 to which a heat medium heated by being compressed by a compressor 18 is supplied, a cooling circuit side with coolers 16, 16 to which a heat medium cooled by adiabatically expanded by a first expansion valve 28 is supplied, a heat pump means, a desiccant rotor 50 including a moisture absorbing agent for absorbing moisture in the air passing through the heater 14 and the coolers 16, 16, and a temperature control section 22 controlling two-way valves 20a, 20b for distribution to the heating circuit side and the cooling circuit side, and controlling a temperature of the air passing through a heating flow channel, a cooling flow channel and the desiccant rotor 50 to a prescribed temperature.
