<p>Provided is a novel lamp tube, which has a simple structure by using a cold cathode light emitting body having high light emitting efficiency and a long service life, and is easily to handle. An illuminating device is also provided. A through hole (6) is formed in the tube axis direction of a solid-core tube main body (4) configured by a light transmitting member composed of a synthetic resin, and a cold cathode light emitting body (7) extends to the vicinity of an inner surface of the through hole (6).</p> |
