An ethylene/a-olefin copolymer which comprises monomer units derived from ethylene and monomer units derived from an a-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms and which has a density (d) of 860 to 950kg/m3, a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.05 to 100g/10min, a ratio of weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to number-average molecular weight (Mn), (Mw/Mn), of 2 to 10, a swelling ratio (SR) of less than 1.35, and a g* of 0.50 to 0.75.
