PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein during cooling operation, hot air discharged from an outdoor unit deteriorates its surrounding environment, and since in the case of installation in a narrow balcony of an apartment building, a condominium building or the like, exhaust heat is filled in a space around the outdoor unit and heat exchange by the hot air lowers cooling capacity, these situations prevent sufficient exhibition of the original capacity of the device, cause a heat-island phenomenon due to release of the hot air to the atmosphere and accelerate global warming. SOLUTION: A filter D is mounted on the blowout side of a front face of an outdoor unit F. During cooling operation, drain water discharged from a drain hose to outside due to heat exchange on the indoor side is used and impregnated into the filter D.
