The method involves pre-fixing a honeycomb core (3) at an open-cell side on a manufacturing equipment (1) with textured surface (2). The honeycomb core is formed by applying a vacuum, and by executing a curing cycle of a stabilized honeycomb for the formation of a layer of fiber-reinforced resin. The fiber is selected from the group, carbon fiber, plastic fiber, glass fiber, silicon carbide fiber, mullite fiber, boron carbide fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber or carbon aramid fiber. The honeycomb core is made of steel, aluminum, phenolic resin or aramid. An independent claim is also included for a manufacturing equipment for the production of stabilized honeycomb cores.
