PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call display control method of a telephone system which can notify a user of information of all calling partners that are assumed. SOLUTION: Upon receiving a call (step S0), a main device 10 retrieves all telephone numbers coincident with the telephone number of a calling source from registered telephone book data (step S1). When hitting a plurality of telephone numbers, the main device 10 extracts and stores information of all entries including the telephone number coincident with the telephone number of the calling source (step S2). The main device 10 instructs a telephone set 20 to display hit information as incoming call display on a display screen (step S3).
