PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sharp-pointed gain peak which may entail deterioration in circuit performance. SOLUTION: A differential distribution circuit IC chip 102 includes output coplanar lines CPW2P and CPW2N which are supplied with bias voltages VCC from bias voltage terminals VCC_CP and VCC_CN and have output ends connected to output terminals DOUTP and DOUTN of the chip, and a differential amplifier CML which receives input of differential signals from input terminals DINP and DINN and has its outputs connected to output coplanar lines CPW2P and CPW2N. A package 103a includes resistances R5P and R5N inserted in series between bonding wires 110a and 111a, and 204 and 205 for supplying the bias voltages VCC to the bias voltage terminals VCC_CP and VCC_CN.
