PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure that shields a case of a laser tube from vibrations and a shock, facilitates attaching/detaching operations, prevents a cushion from deteriorating in elasticity, and stabilizes radiation of the laser tube. SOLUTION: Upper and lower holding units 21A, 21B each include: a cushion 3 provided on a left surface 2c of a chassis 2 having the case 1 of the laser tube arranged on a surface side 2b, and provided with a groove 3a; an attachment having a flange 4a fitted in the groove 3a of the cushion 3, and a sleeve 4a to which the case 1 of the laser tube is coupled with a screw 5 on a tip side protruding from the left surface 2c to the right surface 2b of the chassis 2 through an insertion hole 2d formed in the chassis 2; and a catcher 6 fixed to the side of the left surface 2c of the chassis so as to surround and hold the cushion 3.
