PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide zeolite formed beads each concurrently having both high physical strength and excellent water adsorption performance, also to provide a production process by which such zeolite formed beads can easily be produced, and further to provide an adsorption/removal process for adsorbing and removing a specific component(s) such as moisture or water in a gas or liquid, by using the zeolite formed beads. SOLUTION: Each of the zeolite formed beads consists of zeolite, kaolin type clay and an inorganic dispersant. The production process of the zeolite formed beads comprises: dispersing powdery zeolite, kaolin type clay and an inorganic dispersant into water to obtain an aqueous dispersion; subjecting the aqueous dispersion to mixing, kneading, forming and drying, to obtain dry beads; and heating and activating the beads.
