PURPOSE: A rotation fingerprint capturing device and a method thereof for synthesizing a rotation fingerprint frame according to the fixed order are provided to acquire exact fingerprint by synthesizing the rotation finger frame according to the fixed order. CONSTITUTION: A reference frame selector(120) selects a reference frame of rotated fingerprint frames. A center location calculating unit(130) calculates the center position of the fingerprint included in the rotation fingerprint frames. A registration and synthesis order setting unit(140) sets up the synthesizing order of the rotation fingerprint frame by comparing the center position of the fingerprint with the reference frame.
