PURPOSE: A desire contents management system and a desire management method using the same by using a mobile communication system or an internet system are provided to manage the desire of the user by using a user mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user database(103) stores all kinds of user information in which an identifier of a user is included. A desire contents storage unit(104) stores the desire contents of a user and a target time and a user notification time. A communication unit transceives data with various devices connected through external communication network. A time manager(102) inputs the current time. A time manager inputs the current time. A management controller(101) manages user database and the desire contents storage unit.
