PURPOSE: A functional composite filter is provided to continuously offer functional water with a constant concentration state, and to easily assembly and store the filter. CONSTITUTION: A functional composite filter comprises the following: a cylinder member(7a) in a hollow cylinder shape; a hollow carbon block filter(7b) installed in the inside of the cylinder member; a ceramic filter(7c) and a hollow fiber membrane filter(7d) stored in the inside of a hollow hole on the carbon block filter; and a functional cell(10) installed on an upper diameter portion of the hollow fiber membrane filter.
