PURPOSE: An LED circuit is provided to prevent the rapid variation of a current flowing through an LED module by limiting an upper limit of a voltage supplied to the LED module. CONSTITUTION: An AC source(Vac) supplies an AC voltage. A rectifier(BD1) is connected to the AC source. A rectifier generates a first rectified voltage according to the AC voltage. A voltage-limit circuit(30) is connected to the rectifier. A voltage-limit circuit generate a second rectified voltage lower than the designated voltage by limiting the first rectified voltage to a designated voltage. An LED module(50) is connected to the voltage-limit circuit and receives the second rectified voltage.
